With the goal of improving the comfort of our visitors as well as their satisfaction during their stay at our campsite and in our beautiful region, we wish to welcome you to a place of nature and tranquility, a little paradise where you can relax.
Every year, we take to heart the many comments, reviews and suggestions offered by our dear guests. In recent years, one of the points that has been frequently brought to our attention is: noise!
Indeed, the departmental road 559, which runs alongside our establishment, is a mandatory route connecting the towns of Bandol and Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer. This road becomes a little busier each year. Cars and motorbikes can be disturbing when our friends the cicadas stop singing to rest. Although not all of our campsite is affected by this noise pollution, we want all our campers to be able to enjoy the peace of the forest and nature.
This is why, since November 24th, we have begun a construction project: the creation of a noise-reduction wall! This wall aims to isolate the lower part of our campsite from the commotion. This imposing wall, 2.5 meters high, will be made of gabions and then planted with vegetation, in order not to spoil the natural character of our campsite.
We will use only stones from the surrounding quarries, to echo the atypical dry-stone terraces that have contributed to the charm of our campsite for 46 years now.
